Lee Brown
Lead Pastor
Lee and his wife Renae have two kids, Logan and Jazzy. The family loves the mountains, playing board games, and all things nerdy (from Marvel movies and Dr. Who to the Bible Project’s deep dives). Lee is the author of multiple books. His most recent Who is This God Person, Anyway? is available on Amazon. Lee is a black belt in Taekwon Do and he spent some of his formative years reviewing faith-based heavy metal and hip-hop music for Indie Vision Music.
You can find Lee on some social platforms… but, let’s be honest, he doesn’t use them like he should. He is, however, always good to sit down over coffee/tea and talk about life and the transformation possible in Jesus.
Gage Glass
Pastor of Worship Arts
A native of the Sunbelt, Gage spent the majority of his life in South Carolina--from the Foothills to the Lowcountry, where he met his wife Amy! They now have two kids: a girl, Micah, and a little boy, Alden. In November of 2021, they left everything they knew and followed God's call to Arvada to serve as the worship arts pastor of Altitude Church. He loves art, writing, and walking the dog in the snow.
Chaundra Tangi
Pastor of This Generation Ministry
Chaundra is a woman who wears many hats; she is a wife, mom, grandmother/Nonna, a youth group leader, a lead volunteer with World Vision, a counselor, a makeup artist and former IFBB Pro Figure competitor. While Chaundra is a licensed Pastor, she is currently undergoing full ordination with the Leadership Focus group of Church of God Ministries. Most recently she comes to us after 3 years on staff in Kids Ministry and 5 years leading Student Ministry at Flatirons Church. She has been married to Brian for nearly 25 years! Chaundra and Brian have 2 children, Daniel age 17, and Kariah age 11, they also have a daughter in California (Chaundra’s bonus daughter!), Maddie, who is 26 and a 4-year-old granddaughter, Luna, plus another on the way. She and her family all share a passion for local and global outreach.
Chaundra’s mission is to use the gifts and experiences she has to help bring fullness of life to families, children and youth. She is excited to be a more intricate part of the Arvada community, and is very energized to be at Altitude Church and on this journey with us.
Ron Olsen
PAstor of Discipleship
Ron is married to his lovely wife Renee and has four boys and seven grandchildren. Ron is the Discipleship Pastor and has been with Altitude Church from its beginnings. He is responsible for helping people grow in their spiritual life by equipping them to know and understand what it means to follow Jesus. His desire is to see everyone in our community know and love Jesus and each other through genuine and meaningful relationships. He loves his family, enjoys golf and likes building things.
