Lineage

What does your lineage mean to you? Do you have someone in your family that you makes you proud of where you came from... and do you have someone in your family that makes you wonder how you're from the same blood line?

The Bible loves to give us the family tree of characters. In fact... you can trace the family tree of Jesus. It's fascinating to know that Jesus comes from a lineage full of ordinary people, broken people, heroic people - just like you and I.

Our series "Portraits" is going to take us deeper into the understanding of WHO God used to bring his plans together. We're going to explore the ones who don't always get the spotlight but who's story changed history.
