HOPE. What does this mean to you this year? It's Advent season - Christmas - and there's a yearning in all of us for HOPE in 2021. We've already begun hanging the lights, decorating trees, putting on the snug Christmas sweaters in efforts to jumpstart the HOPE, the JOY, the LOVE, the PEACE this season usually brings. No matter what 2020 has put us through there is ONE who came and changed everything and is still the ONE who is changing and making all things new. The WORD is full of stories of HOPE... For to us, a child is born, to us, a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 NIV To those who need their faith and hope renewed, For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees?
